Football team defeats Odessa, advances to Sectional round

The Pleasant Hill High School Rooster Football team defeated Odessa last night, 35-34 and advances to the Sectional round on Monday, Nov. 9th. The Roosters will play at Richmond at 7pm. Richmond defeated Holden 41-26 to secure their spot in the Sectional round. Justin Starks blocked an extra point kick in the last min. and a half of play to thwart off a possible overtime in the game last night. The Roosters record stands at 7-4. This is the 2nd year in a row that the Roosters have advanced to the Sectional round of play.
