Homecoming Fever has come to PHHS

The Homecoming season is upon us this week as our students are busily creating floats for the parade and digging through their closets for creative spirit days attire. Monday was red light/green light day which meant that if a student wore green, they needed a date for the dance on Saturday and red meaning, "I have a date". Tuesday was the Duct Tape and Aluminum day which proved to be a hit with students creating outfits with those materials. Wednesday was the classic pajama day and today is Class Color day. Tomorrow is the traditional Purple and Gold day. As far as homecoming festivities are concerned, Friday is a half-day with dismissal at 11:30. The parade will start at 2pm with line-up on Rooster way for all school entries starting at 1pm. All community entries need to line-up at the sports complex and file in behind the school parade. Gates will open at 5:45 for the Homecoming game and the crowning of the Homecoming Queen will be at half-time.The Homecoming dance will be on Saturday night at the High School from 8-11pm. Semi-formal attire is suggested.
